Conditions
The cottage and bed and breakfast rooms will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival, and be vacated by 10am on the date of departure. However, we do try to be flexible with these times where possible. No smoking in either house.

Payment Details
A 10% deposit (non refundable) is required on booking with payment in full one month before arrival. Payment can be made by cheque, unfortunately we are unable to accept credit cards.

Bed and Breakfast Prices
Rooms starting from £25 per person per night.

The Arches Holiday Cottage Prices
Weekly rental is from Saturday to Saturday. There is also a reduced rate for low occupancy and short breaks. Contact us for more details.
